Brave Bears Wrap Up a Memorable Week of Camp

Brave Bears ended their week long camp adventure with an exciting visit from Bob Engel, a retired Marlboro College biology and environmental science professor, and the PYTHON he brought along!

Campers were timid at first, but after learning more about the snake and proper handling techniques there were several volunteers brave enough to have a turn holding the special visitor.

Brave Bears campers enjoyed a week packed to the brim with a happy mix of planned activities and unstructured play and discovery outside. Driving your own fun with a few new friends while connecting with the great outdoors—that's Brave Bear's raison d'etre.

Last week hit the high mark; thank you to all of our campers who brought such wonderful energy to Grafton.

Our next session of Brave Bears (for ages 6-9) starts up July 25th and runs all week from 9:30am-3pm. Bob Engel will be a return special guest! There are a limited number of spaces left; grab your child's today! Learn more about the program>
