Science Saturdays is a new series of four related nature experiences designed around the four seasons. Join us on Saturday, February 15th for “HOO’s Been Eating What?” when we start our exploration of animals in winter by dissecting owl pellets. Our discoveries about animals in winter will continue for the next three Saturdays as we find out what animals have been trekking through the woods and meadow, who might be hibernating, and an adaptation animals have that just might prevent them from becoming another’s winter snack.
Open to families with children of all ages. Children’s tickets purchased in advance are $5. Drop-in children’s tickets are $8, and caregivers are free.
