Recap: Our Mothing Night Was a Success!
On Thursday, June 14th we hosted Vermont Entomological Society member JoAnne Russo, who led an exciting inquiry into our local night-time jewels. This adult workshop took place at The Grafton Trails and Outdoor Center.
Heartfelt gratitude to everyone who was a part of this spectacular event. It was great to see some familiar faces and meet quite a few new kindred spirits!
Mothing is a great way to experience the natural world and connect with something ancient and primal within ourselves. Please enjoy this recent article published on in January 2017 in The Independent about a new moth species discovered that was named after Donald Trump.
If you were unable to make it, we hope you can join us at one of our future programs for curious adults. Coming up: Mushroom guru Ari Rockland-Miller will be back in August to lead two mushroom walks.
