Suited for youth ages 10-14, this full day adventure as part of our Wild Walkers program will have kids exploring their senses while in nature. Themes explored include tracking animals, wilderness navigation, foraging, fire-making, knife skills, outdoor cooking, and more. This camp will activate the body and engage the mind through wilderness awareness.
The Wild Walkers Camp is a partnership between The Nature Museum and Vermont Wilderness School, a Brattleboro-based non-profit that offers powerful nature-based mentoring programs for children and adults. Skilled instructors from the Vermont Wilderness School and The Nature Museum will guide Wild Walkers in a safe, fun, and respectful experience in tune with nature.
**Wild Walkers must have a minimum of 10 youth registered for camp to be held.
