Beat the winter blues with art! Come join The Nature Museum and two of our amazing naturalists, Leah and Caitlin for some fun nature crafts. Use recycled or natural materials to create fun pieces you can take home. As part of this art session, you'll also have the chance to explore the magical art of building fairy houses! These creations are made with natural materials and stand-in as symbols of nature's magic and impermanence. Art with the fairies in mind is a great way to while away the hours this winter. This program is for all ages including adults. Weather permitting, we will also take a stroll outside and see what we can see! An RSVP is encouraged, drop-ins are welcome.
About Kindred Spirits
This monthly Saturday program is designed to build a greater understanding between all creatures of the Earth by exploring the mysteries of nature. By offering a shared experience that draws families together, participants will develop a stronger kinship with our Earth and each other. Programs will take place rain or shine, with hands-on activities both indoors and out.
