Bring your family and friends and explore the aquatic ecosystem and underwater world of our local pond. Did you know that dragonflies spend part of their life in the water or that Bullfrog tadpoles stay tadpoles for up to 5 years? After a brief indoor presentation on pond life we will venture outside and take a short walk over to the pond here in Grafton. The pond hosts animals of all shapes and sizes, with a variety of life-cycle types and using dip nets we will search for insects, fish, amphibians and pond critters. A great program for all ages!
