Let’s get out and about to explore the winter landscape.  During this program our Mighty Acorns will learn how to put on snowshoes and how to use them by playing games and going for a short hike.  Snowshoes are required for this program.  A limited number of child and adult sized snowshoes are available.  Call to reserve a pair!    

Mighty Acorns is the Nature Museum's creative, exploratory preschool program for children aged 3 to 5 and their caregivers. Held from September to June on the third Thursday of each month, these programs invite young adventurers to explore the natural world through interactive games, puzzles, and activities.
