This interactive program will explore hibernation and what animals do to get ready for the long, cold Vermont winter. What happens to our animal friends during the winter? Our environmental educator will read a story, play some games and do a nature scavenger hunt to teach your child all about winter nappers.
This preschool club meets inside the Museum and explores the outdoors on a variety of adventures to field, forest and pond throughout the 90-minute hands-on program. Children should be dressed for spending some of this time outside.
Drops-ins are welcome! Preregistration is encouraged but is not required.
